01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and kera4d ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at kera4d.click.

By accessing our website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by its terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the kera4d Platform, through which the Player accesses the Services.
• "Balance" means the total funds (in MYR or approved cryptocurrency equivalent) held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or reload credits granted by kera4d subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before a Player may process withdrawals from their Account.
• "Services" means all gambling products, features, promotions, customer support, and any other functionality offered through the kera4d Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "USDT" means Tether, a USD-pegged stablecoin accepted as an alternative deposit and withdrawal currency on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law, or who has been excluded from the Platform.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on kera4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined in this Agreement.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have previously had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You must accurately provide all registration information required by kera4d, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid contact information.
• You must not be employed by, or otherwise associated with, kera4d or any of its business partners in a capacity that creates a conflict of interest.

04 Account Registration and Security

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) active Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses associated with all related Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. kera4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been performed by you, and kera4d shall bear no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Account holder has failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify kera4d immediately by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. kera4d reserves the right to suspend Account access pending investigation of a reported security incident.

05 Deposits & Payments

kera4d accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment methods, and in USDT cryptocurrency via approved wallet addresses:

All deposits are credited to the Player's Account upon confirmed receipt of funds. kera4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which kera4d accepts no responsibility.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited originate from payment methods registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Account Balance subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• KYC identity verification has been successfully completed and approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds have been met in full.
• The requested withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.
• The withdrawal method nominated matches a method previously used for deposit, where required by anti-money laundering protocols.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction for MYR withdrawals. Cryptocurrency withdrawals in USDT are subject to a minimum of USDT 20. kera4d aims to process approved withdrawals within the following timeframes:

kera4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may result in additional processing time. Players will be notified if their withdrawal request requires additional review.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

kera4d offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from x10 to x30.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round is RM 250. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%. Sports betting contributions vary per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses must be activated and wagering requirements completed within the specified validity window, typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings may be capped at a multiple of the original bonus value.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active promotional bonus at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may void the original bonus.

kera4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotional abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and may result in Account suspension.

08 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the kera4d Platform are provided by licensed international game studios and operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any external party, including kera4d employees.

Sports betting markets, odds, and available wager types are determined by kera4d and our sports data providers. Odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, the odds at the time of placement are locked in for that specific wager.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or dispute regarding the outcome of a game round, kera4d's internal records shall serve as the primary reference for dispute resolution. Where a malfunction is confirmed to have affected game outcomes, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at kera4d's sole discretion.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kera4d Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or access the Platform without human interaction.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity, or making deposits with the intention of withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate transactions made on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC processes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Registering multiple Accounts or assisting another person in circumventing Account restrictions or self-exclusion periods.

kera4d reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions against Players found to be in breach of this section: immediate Account suspension, permanent Account termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected, and recovery of any funds determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct.

10 Responsible Gambling

kera4d is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling. We provide a range of player-protection tools that you may activate at any time from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period. Loss limit requests are processed immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations with automated reminders and logout prompts.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary suspension (minimum 24 hours) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying your current session duration and net win/loss position.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

kera4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where kera4d has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited conduct as described herein.
• The Player's Account is subject to a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• The Player's Account shows unusual activity patterns consistent with money laundering or fraud.
• It is necessary to protect the Platform or other Players from harm.

Upon termination for breach, kera4d may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where termination is not attributable to Player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

A Player may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Voluntary Account closures will be processed within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding wagering obligations or pending withdrawal requests.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the kera4d Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, visual design, logos, trademarks, brand names, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of kera4d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use, scraping, automated data collection, or reproduction of kera4d's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kera4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

kera4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Gambling inherently involves financial risk, and kera4d provides no guarantee of winnings. Players acknowledge that they may lose all funds wagered on the Platform.

kera4d's total aggregate liability to any Player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player into their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

14 Amendments to These Terms

kera4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or prominent on-Platform notice no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate implementation is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.
